Cancellation Policy
- If cancellation is made 21 days prior to check-in, 93% of the booking amount will be refunded (7% deducted towards transfer/processing charges).
- If cancellation is made within 21 days of check-in, 43% of the booking amount will be refunded (7% deducted towards transfer/processing charges).
- If cancellation is made less than 15 days prior to check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
Group Cancellation Policy (Applicable for bookings of above 5 rooms)
- If cancellation is made 90 days prior to check-in, 93% of the booking amount will be refunded (7% deducted towards transfer/processing charges).
- If cancellation is made within 60 days of check-in, 43% of the booking amount will be refunded (7% deducted towards transfer/processing charges).
- If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to check-in, 100% of the booking amount will be charged and no refund will be applicable.
Refund Policy
If the booking is cancelled within 24 hours before check-in, then no amount will be refunded.
The processing will take between and -4 weeks until the whole amount shows back on your credit card statement. Reasons for this are the billing cycle of your credit card company and the processing time of the bank. The refund amount depends on numerous factors such as the hotel's cancellation policy, time of cancellation, and processing fees. For more details, see the cancellation policy above.
In case a reservation is not confirmed, we will not charge you anything on your credit card and release the whole amount that was held on it immediately. Now, after we do this, it will still take a maximum of 2-4 weeks for the bank to process this and for the money to show back on your credit card.
